Josephine has experience in market and regulatory developments. She entered the energy industry in 1990, moving from an earlier career in investment management. Her early experience included financial modelling for Norweb and an analytical role in the company's Trading Development section, which focussed on developments to market arrangements. Here she contributed to policy development, represented the company in several industry forums and undertook work on internal preparations. During this period Josephine had experience of developments, including the design and introduction of the 1998 Trading Arrangements and of Neta.
For Cornwall Energy Josephine focuses on regulatory developments in the gas and electricity markets, which feeds into both our electricity modifications register and gas modifications register. On the most important issues, Josephine writes alerts to provide a more in-depth explanation to our Regulatory Service customers.
Josephine regularly contributes to Energy spectrum on regualtion issues and often provides our Energy perspective. Josephine also supports our gas consultancy work.
