Changes to bookings

Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event will receive a full refund of the course fees. Where accommodation has been booked, Cornwall Energy will endeavour to refund this in full, but it will be dependent upon the hotel's policies. No refund can be made for cancellations received two weeks or less before the event, though substitutions can be made at any time.
