Monthly customer impact reportThe Customer impact report is a bespoke monthly briefing that provides a comprehensive overview of policy, regulatory and governance developments of interest to a participant. In turn it provides a baseline for the weekly Customer update. Both are targeted on relevant concerns and issues appropriate to each particular client.

The general approach with the Customer impact report is consistent for each client and includes:

  • Highlights ? in the example above, taken from a recent monthly report prepared for an independent generator, these highlights focus on the issues and latest news of relevance to CHP operators and independent generators.
  • Live consultations ? a clearly presented table with web links that sets out all relevant consultations and gives each one an impact rating with a clear explanation of why these are important.
  • Client regulatory issues register ? this section is again tailored to the client and again gives a clear analysis of all current issues of relevance to the participant. Each issue is given a priority rating and two added-value sections, entitled comment and implications.
  • Significant modifications ? this section weighs up relevant modifications going through the assessment process of potential relevance to the participant, with an explanation of why.  Again,in each case the impact is rated (no low impact issues included),  with a key date column to keep track of future critical stages.

Monthly (but can be varied, e.g. weekly, two weekly or quarterly).
